Thanks for everything last week, guys! I have found that through very regular breaks for walking while at work I am able to keep the odd pain to a minimum; a managable discomfort compared to something that I was afraid would not be managable over 8 weeks.
So every one to two hours I walk around my building and then up and over a pedestrian bridge that is right outside my office. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes, and climbing the flights of stairs gets my heart rate up for a few minutes, so I figure this is a great way to also work in a little additional exercize!
Of course now I am finding that too much walking causes some lower back pain. It's all about balance, I guess, huh?
